  • Do you require a deposit before beginning work?
    Short Answer: Yes, we have a zero tolerance policy which mandates a non-refundable deposit must be paid to Enrich Enterprises by the client before any work beyond the initial consultation can begin. We also believe in establishing a solid foundation of communication and understanding of our clients' needs during an initial consultation (at no cost) before any financial commitment is made. Go Deeper: For all projects/events, we require a non-refundable deposit typically assessed as a flat fee or a relatively small percentage of the total event/project cost (whichever sum is greater) to secure your spot in our schedule. We will not render any services beyond an initial consultation until the deposit is paid. The deposit amount can vary based on the cost, scope and complexity of the event/project and those details will be discussed during our initial consultation. At Enrich Enterprises, we do understand that each client has unique needs and we are willing to work with our clients to come up with a payment schedule that works for them to pay the deposit. Our deposit policy is in place to protect both our clients and our business, as it helps us rest assured that our clients are serious about their project/event planning needs, allows us to secure/allocate the necessary resources and enables us to begin planning the project/event.   • Can I get a refund if I cancel my event or decide to eliminate some of the scope of work?
    Short Answer: Enrich Enterprises understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing clients to cancel or adjust their event/project plans. We offer flexibility in adjusting the scope of work based on your changing needs and priorities. Our team will work with you to determine the best way to move forward and ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you need to cancel your event/project or eliminate some of the scope of work, you must notify us as soon as possible. Go Deeper: If you decide to eliminate some of the scope of work, the amount refunded will depend on the portion of work that has been completed. We will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable refund amount based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point. Any payments made for work that has already been completed will not be refunded. Please note that any non-refundable expenses incurred by Enrich Enterprises on your behalf (including but not limited to deposits/fees paid to partners or vendors, traveling/gas, time spent, etc.) will be deducted from your refund amount.   • What payment methods does Enrich Enterprises accept?
    We accept payments via debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), electronic bank transfers, checks and direct wire transfers. For wire transfers, please contact our team for our banking information. Checks may be refused and not accepted based on various factors (e.g., event/project date is too close, client's payment history) as checks may need to clear before services are rendered.   • Can I pay for your services in installments (i.e., payment plans/arrangements)?
    Short Answer: Yes! We can offer installment plans for events and projects with longer timelines. Go Deeper: If the event/project date is 60 or less calendar days away from the date our services are booked, clients will not be allowed to setup installment plans and full payment is due before any services beyond an initial consultation are rendered.   • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Yes, there is a cancellation fee if you cancel your event/project after the deposit has been paid. The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the non-refundable deposit which varies based on the scope and budget of the project.   • What requirements must be met by the client for Enrich Enterprises to begin work?
    Short Answer: To begin our work, we require that our clients provide us with (1) details about their event, (2) a budget, (3) a signed contract, (4) a deposit or payment in full, and (5) timely communication. By our clients meeting these 5 requirements, we can begin planning your event and ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. Event Details - We must understand the type of event you want to host - This includes event details like the type of event, the date, the location, the estimated number of attendees, and any specific requests or special requirements you may have. 2. Budget - A budget must be provided by client before any services can be rendered. We understand that every client has a different budget and we work with you to ensure that we can meet your needs within your budget. It's important to have a clear understanding of your budget so that we can recommend the appropriate vendors and services. Also, our service fees are based on the scope of work and budget; therefore, the cost of our services will remain the same even if the final budget or scope of work falls below what was initially communicated to us. If the budget or scope of work increases after the initial budget, the cost of our services will increase as well which is due upon determination and must be paid on-time in accordance with any established payment schedule. 3. Signed contract - Once we have discussed your event needs and agreed on the scope of work, we will provide you with a contract to review and sign. This contract outlines the services we will provide, the timeline, and the payment schedule. 4. Payment in full or deposit - A deposit or full payment must be made before any work can begin. For all clients including those who are eligible and opt to pay in installments, payment in full is due 60 calendar days before the event/project date or at the time of booking if the event/project date is less than 60 calendar days away. If the event/project date is 60 or less calendar days away from the date our services are booked, clients will not be allowed to setup installment plans with a deposit as full payment must be paid before services are rendered. 5. Communication - The client must be available to communicate with Enrich Enterprises throughout the planning process, including responding to emails, phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. If the client has a preferred method of communication, it is important for the client to provide their preferred method of communication so that we communicate in a way that is most convenient for them.
