YOU DON'T NEED TO GO TO
BUSINESS
SCHOOL TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. YOU JUST NEED A PARTNER WHO HAS.
CEO and Founder of Enrich Enterprises, Nicholas Brooks is revitalizing small business ventures one organization at a time. The MBA and B.S. in Business Management graduate are achieving his professional goal of supporting small businesses by enhancing their access to world-class business expertise that historically only the affluent used to have.
“I wanted to find a way to help the underrepresented groups achieve their business goals and help move our society forward by leveraging my God-given talents, formal education, and professional experience.”
Thus, Enrich Enterprises was born. To date, the company has helped business organizations expand their access and set up for success. As one client put it, “Enrich Enterprises was there to help me build my business from the ground up.”
The solid foundation and strategic tactics Enrich Enterprises offers are on par with current best practices and supplement the goals entrepreneurs have for their business—meaning, while business owners focus on meeting their customer needs and expanding their customer base, Enrich Enterprises works behind the scenes to streamline their structures into smoothly-running modern systems, leverage hidden business opportunities, and position them for sustainable growth.
Though Nicholas did gain a large portion of his business acumen from his advanced degrees, he also brings a distinct perspective gained from his mentorship program with JPMorgan Chase & Co and Taproot Foundation.
The program provided advisory support across key business challenges and taught its participants how to uncover and execute high-impact business solutions and leverage opportunities for expansion.
Additionally, Nick is well-versed and knowledgeable across a variety of business sectors from his senior leadership experience in corporate roles. He is proficient in gap and impact analysis, internal/external executive-level and non-executive-level communications, change management, training & development, policies and procedures, risk management, operations management, quality control, procurement, software engineering, product/project management, process improvement, and vendor/supplier management.
He has invested in his professional development and studied a variety of topics and disciplines like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, business analysis, the role of a product owner, project management, user acceptance testing, and writing effective business requirements. He is on a mission to distribute his areas of expertise across rising organizations and is especially pleased to help uplift minority-run businesses.
